Introduction

This PumpX mobile application (the "App") is a trading aggregator that facilitates regulated cryptocurrency trading and decentralized exchange (DEX) access through Trust Computing GmbH. The App provides a seamless user experience for executing trades across multiple blockchain networks and decentralized exchanges. PumpX does not provide, own, or control any third-party DEX protocols but connects to their liquidity sources for trade execution.

Custody of Digital Assets

PumpX does not custody, manage, or have control over users' private keys, digital assets, or cryptocurrency wallets. The App functions as a non-custodial platform, meaning that users retain full ownership and control of their digital assets at all times. Users are solely responsible for securing their wallets, managing their private keys, and ensuring the integrity of their accounts. Trust Computing GmbH and PumpX bear no responsibility for the security or recovery of any lost, stolen, or compromised funds or credentials.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

The PumpX App is distributed exclusively in the United States, where Trust Computing GmbH’s regulated trading services are legally permitted to operate. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are located in, incorporated, or established in the United States and are legally permitted to use the regulated trading services provided by Trust Computing GmbH.

• You are not subject to sanctions or included on any government-maintained lists of prohibited or restricted parties, such as:

  • The United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority

  • United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) list

  • The United Nations Security Council sanctions lists

  • Similar lists maintained by the European Union or its Member States, or any other relevant government authority.

No Warranties or Liability

The PumpX App and its associated services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Trust Computing GmbH and PumpX disclaim all representations and warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

PumpX and Trust Computing GmbH shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm, including but not limited to:

• Loss of digital assets, tokens, or profits

• Any financial losses resulting from your use of the App or trading activities facilitated through Trust Computing GmbH and decentralized exchanges.

Under no circumstances shall PumpX, Trust Computing GmbH, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
